4) Manage installed applications
5) Ultimate Media
6) Select Force close
7) Select Clear Cache (DO NOT SELECT “CLEAR DATA”)
8) Launch app
9) Retry

Round 2 (Network)
1) Shutdown and unplug all streaming devices that connect to your network
2) Unplug power from modem / router
3) Wait 5 minutes to allow the network to flush
4) After 5 minutes has passed plug modem/router, and then your devices in that order.
